11 weeks

Still feeling yucky. I have no drive to do anything. I'm tired all day. When I wake up, I will have a bowl of cereal and then feel like falling right back to sleep. I'm super lazy and don't want to do anything. No dishes, no laundry, no make up, nothing. If it weren't for me taking Ethan to school two days a week, I probably would not leave the house. It's horrible. I hate feeling this way and I hope it does not last long.

This is the first good picture of our little peanut. It's growing strong and almost a week ahead! She said the fetus is measuring at 12 weeks!

We celebrated Mother's Day this past weekend. Nick, Ethan and I took my mom to brunch at The Hyatt Gainey. It was one of the best spreads that I have seen and had. We typically go to the Desert Ridge Marriott but the past few years it's gotten more expensive and has gone down hill as far as food goes. The Gainey had a cute kids section and the tastiest lobster ravioli's I have ever had. After brunch we went to Nick's parents house for dinner with the family. They had a tasty pork loin with all the fixin's.

What a Happy Mother's Day it was!

10 weeks

10 weeks and feeling yucky. I have been starting to have "morning" sickness all day long. Not that I'm puking but have that feeling pretty much all day. Nothing sounds good to eat, have no appetite but when something pops into my head, then I have to have that. I have driven 25 minutes one way to pick up pizza and then back during rush hour at 5 pm. Close to an hour round trip when all was said and done. But it sounded good and I had to have it! It was worth it too!

Second pregnancy and I feel like I'm getting bigger, quicker this time. Not that this lovely picture shows anything more than a tiny bump but I feel like my clothes are a bit tighter. It's that awful "in-between" period where you just look like all those doughnuts are showing in the mid.

On another note, yesterday May 1, 2010, Nick and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary! We went to Ruth's Chris for dinner. It's one of our favorite places to go for a special occasion. I always get the stuffed chicken and this time I added a lobster tail. Oh my was it delicious with the melted butter to dip it in! I probably gained 5 pounds just from dinner :o) I love celebrating our anniversary. In a world where the divorce rate is something crazy like 60%, I truly enjoy announcing another year that we are together.

Love and be Loved!
